Dear Graduands,

My heartiest congratulations to the more than 1,400 of you! In successfully completing your course, amidst many other commitments, you have shown much dedication, hard work, resilience, and determination.

There will be professional challenges, but you are not alone as you are part of the larger fraternity of early childhood practitioners who are doing good with children every day. Remember the importance of educating children in Singapore’s context, strive to be reflective in practice, resilient in learning and build meaningful relationships throughout your EC career.  Your passion and expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our little ones and in supporting families.

As you continue to hone your practices, NIEC remains committed to supporting your professional growth and offers a wide range of Continuing Professional Development courses for you to upskill and learn alongside fellow educators.

In our own NIEC way of wishing you all the best, we present you with a symbolic gift—a hot air balloon pin. This pin signifies our hope for your success as you ‘lift off’ in your EC career and know that you will be positively influencing many lives through your work with children and families.
