For experienced preschool teachers who are keen to take on teacher leadership roles.
Deepen your knowledge
Provide leadership in the design and implementation of a holistic curriculum, and the development of teaching and learning practices. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and professionalism among teachers and lead them in strategic partnerships with stakeholders.

Entry Requirements
- ECDA certified L2 preschool teachers who have completed an ECDA-recognised diploma in early childhood care and education; AND
- Have a minimum of 3 years of trained teaching experience in the Early Childhood sector
Upon Graduation
Upon completion of both PDCs and electives within the five-year validity period, graduates will be conferred the ADECT by NIEC. ADECT graduates can assume the role of a Lead Teacher.

- Classes will only commence if the minimum class size is met. A confirmation email will be sent to you at least 3 weeks before course commencement.
- Priority will be given to company-sponsored applicants.

- Early childhood qualification certificate and transcripts
- ECDA LON letter
- Preschool employment letter
- Recent payslip
- Passport-sized photograph
- If you are under company sponsorship by a preschool employer:
- Company Sponsorship Declaration Form (to be completed by you and your employer, and submitted as part of your admission documents)
